We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

5. Payments / भुगतान
We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

6. Shipping / शिपिंग
Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 working days, depending on the location.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your state and quantity.

7. Returns & Replacements / रिटर्न और प्रतिस्थापन
Products are eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery in case of defects, wrong items, or damage in transit.
अगर उत्पाद में दोष हो, गलत आइटम हो, या ट्रांजिट में क्षति हो, तो डिलीवरी के 7 दिनों के भीतर रिटर्न या प्रतिस्थापन संभव है।

8. Cancellations / ऑर्डर रद्द करना
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
ऑर्डर शिप होने से पहले तक ही रद्द किया जा सकता है। शिपिंग के बाद रद्द करना संभव नहीं है।
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
रिफंड (यदि लागू हो) 5–7 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर प्रोसेस किया जाएगा।
9. Intellectual Property / बौद्धिक संपदा
All content including logos, images, and texts on Naaz Telecom is the property of the brand and is protected under copyright laws.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of Darbhanga, Bihar courts.
