1. Before Shipping / शिपिंग से पहले

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped.
  आप अपना ऑर्डर 12 घंटे के अंदर या शिपिंग से पहले रद्द कर सकते हैं।

• To cancel, email us at help@naaztelecom.online with your order number.
  रद्द करने के लिए कृपया अपना ऑर्डर नंबर के साथ हमें ईमेल करें: help@naaztelecom.online

2. After Shipping / शिपिंग के बाद

• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  ऑर्डर शिप होने के बाद उसे रद्द नहीं किया जा सकता है।

• However, you can request a return or replacement after delivery.
  डिलीवरी के बाद रिटर्न या रिप्लेसमेंट की प्रक्रिया की जा सकती है।

3. Prepaid Orders / प्रीपेड ऑर्डर

• If a prepaid order is canceled before shipping, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  यदि प्रीपेड ऑर्डर शिपिंग से पहले रद्द किया जाता है, तो रिफंड 5–7 कार्यदिवसों में कर दिया जाएगा।

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) / कैश ऑन डिलीवरी

• COD orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
  COD ऑर्डर केवल शिपिंग से पहले ही रद्द किए जा सकते हैं।

• Frequent cancellations of COD orders may lead to account restrictions.
  बार-बार रद्द करने पर अकाउंट पर प्रतिबंध लग सकता है।
